01 Eligibility
To register and use phcharm48, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. phcharm48 strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using any part of the platform, including free-to-play modes.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, nor have been excluded by phcharm48 previously.
- You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, another individual when registering or placing bets.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
02 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phcharm48 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and email address. phcharm48 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phcharm48 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. phcharm48 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account under any circumstances.
03 Deposits & Payments
phcharm48 accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment channels only:

- Maya (PayMaya)
- GrabPay
- Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phcharm48 balance almost instantly in most cases. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. phcharm48 does not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit using another person's payment account will result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.
04 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests on phcharm48 can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard processing time is between 5 minutes and 24 hours, depending on your payment method and the volume of requests being handled at the time.
Before your first withdrawal is approved, phcharm48 will conduct a standard KYC verification. You will need to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID) along with proof of address. This is a one-time requirement designed to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Withdrawals will only be released to verified accounts.
- Active bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
- phcharm48 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if unusual activity is detected on an account.
- Multiple withdrawal requests may be batched into a single transaction at phcharm48's discretion.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
phcharm48 regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and promotional offers to both new and existing Filipino members. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
Unless stated otherwise, all phcharm48 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is specified for a particular promotion.
- Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per new phcharm48 account.
- phcharm48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Suspected bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotions, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

06 Betting Rules
All bets placed on phcharm48 — whether on sports, casino games, virtual sports, or any other product — are final once confirmed. phcharm48 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where explicitly stated in the rules of a specific game or market.
In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrectly displayed price, result, or settlement, phcharm48 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player balances. This applies across all phcharm48 products including PBA betting, MMA betting, roulette, slots, and virtual sports.

07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phcharm48 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registering more than one phcharm48 account (multi-accounting)
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors instead of reporting them
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or terrorist financing through the platform
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Providing false information during registration or KYC
- Accessing phcharm48 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith
08 Account Suspension & Termination
phcharm48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we believe a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
If your account is suspended, phcharm48 will contact you via your registered email address to explain the reason and outline the next steps. In cases where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, phcharm48 may withhold account balances pending investigation and cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities.
You may also close your phcharm48 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals and verified balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
